A Chat That Becomes an Order

Customers send their order the way they already do. It becomes a normal quote and order, with a payment link, and stock and price are checked again before you accept. If something sold out after the catalogue went round, the customer is told plainly and pays for nothing that isn't there.

Stock and price are checked again before the order is accepted, so nobody pays for goods that have gone.

Your goods and prices on a link you can drop in a WhatsApp status or print as a QR on the wall. There's no checkout at this level: customers see what you have, then call or message you. When you want them to pay online, Shop adds the checkout.

Getting It There

Pickup, Delivery or SupaKera Send

A branch sets its pickup times, delivery areas, fees and closing hours, and a customer is never charged for a route that isn't running. Turn the SupaKera link on, and Send is one tap on your own orders while Shop orders arrive in your till. Leave it off, and nothing changes.
