Meter, Tank and Till: Three Numbers That Should Agree.

An attendant's shift should close with the litres on the meter, the money in the drawer and the fuel in the tank telling one story. When they don't, you want to know which one is wrong.

Who This Is For

Licensed stations. Pump control works with tested controllers; shift sales, tank records and fleet accounts work without any pump connection. Software never replaces an emergency shut-off or any other physical safety control on your forecourt.

The Forecourt

Every Nozzle at a Glance

A grid big enough to read in the sun: idle, asked, pumping, finished and unpaid, or at fault. With a tested controller, the metered quantity and the locked price make the sale; if a message arrives twice, nothing dispenses twice.

  • Prepay or postpay where you allow it
  • Grades, tanks, pumps and nozzles mapped once
  • Price changes checked against the pump display
  • Full Sun mode for the middle of the day

Shift Close

Readings In, Litres Out

Each attendant's shift opens and closes on the meter. Type the readings in by hand from day one, with no pump connection at all, and the till works out the litres and what should be in the drawer.

Wet Stock

A Gap in the Tank Gets a Case, Not a Culprit

Deliveries in, litres sold, dip readings taken: when they don't agree, the variance shows up with its own case and someone responsible. It could be a leak, a gauge or temperature, so it's never assumed to be theft.

A gap opens a case for someone to look into. Leak, gauge or theft: it isn't assumed.

Fleets

A Company Account for Every Truck

Vehicles, drivers, permitted fuel and a limit per day. Each fill goes on the account with its plate number, and the company gets one statement. Only the driver details you need are kept.
