Hotels and Event Sellers

The Pool Bar, the Breakfast Room and a Stall at Saturday's Show.

A hotel's outlets sell to guests who may never carry a wallet. A stall at an event sells for six hours with a borrowed cashier and bad signal. Both need a till that knows the limits of the place it's standing in.

Hotel Outlets

Charged to the Stay, Never Just a Room Number

A charge to room checks the stay and the guest before it posts. Room moves and check-outs update what the bar can do, so a late drink never lands on the next person in the room. Included breakfast and meal credits redeem once.

  • One menu and one stock across the hotel's outlets
  • A cash sale can't also go on the folio
  • Functions and day passes alongside the bar and restaurant

Event Stalls

A Stall That Trades When the Signal Doesn't

Portable tills on phones or handhelds, each with its own share of the stock so two can't sell the last plate. Temporary staff get a sign-in that ends with the event. Agoo Events keeps the tickets and the gate; you keep the goods and the sale.

  • Set up for the day, handed back at close
  • Hire handhelds by the day for events and markets
  • One report at the end, by stall and by till
  • Concessions, merchandise and catering

Each till carries its own share of stock, so the stall keeps selling when the venue's signal gives out.
