A Label for Every Price Change

Prices live in one book, with dates. Change one and you can print the label for it there and then, at 40 or 58 mm, with the price per kilogram and the barcode on it. Branches get the change on the date you choose, and you can see which tills have it.

Sell the Short Dates First

Lots and best-before dates come in with the delivery. The till can warn at the lane, and a hatched list tells you what to move forward this week, with the waste recorded when it doesn't sell.
