Price Lists

Cartons, Minimums and Contracts

Lists by customer group, with quantity breaks, case minimums and dates. A contract price is saved on the order it was agreed on, so next year's list never rewrites last year's invoice. A rep can't go below what you set.

The Warehouse

Pick It Right the First Time

The list walks the warehouse bin by bin. Each scan confirms the pick. A short pick becomes a part delivery and a backorder, the customer hears about it, and the delivery note says what really left.

The Van

What Left, What Sold, What Came Back

Stock on a van is stock in someone's custody. Load it, deliver it, take payment or leave it on account, bring the rest back and count it in. The driver's money and the driver's stock both come to one number at the end of the route.

Limits and terms are yours to set, per company. The till checks the headroom before stock goes out, so two branches can't each spend the same room. Statements, part payments, ageing and credit notes come with it.
